Its roots run deep, its branches flex under pressure, and even when cut back, it finds a way to grow again. That resilience, and the belief that healing is always possible, is where our name comes from and how we approach every person who walks through our doors. Willow Tree Recovery is a residential treatment program for adults navigating substance use and the trauma and mental health struggles so often underlying it. Founded in 2011, we have been intentional about our growth so that care never becomes routine. Every person here is known, not managed. We believe healing happens in relationship, in the kind of emotional safety that lets someone finally be honest about what they are carrying. We have made an intentional choice to never treat more than 12. That choice is how we tailor the treatment experience for each human being who walks through our doors. Keeping our community below what we are licensed for gives our team the freedom to shape care around each person and their story, even at the highest levels of care. Willow Tree is privately owned, and that independence lets us make this choice again and again. We would rather do this deeply for fewer people than adequately for many. Our therapists carry no more than two or three clients at a time. We treat all of it together, never separately. We hold deep respect for what it takes to ask for help. Every person who calls us has their own story, and that story deserves to be heard before it is treated. Trauma and emotional pain can erode a person's sense of resilience and self-worth, often leading to substance use as a way to escape helplessness and shame. Our clinicians take the time to understand the why behind someone's pain, not just the behavior it produced. We are individually crafting a treatment experience for the human being in front of us. ## A Nurturing Environment Willow Tree sits on a purpose-built residential campus designed for comfort and calm. It supports the emotional work happening inside it. Clients spend time outdoors, engage thoughtfully with the surrounding Utah community, and practice everyday life with the right support around them. The same people who answer the phone stay involved throughout your treatment stay.
