The program is designed to remain limited in size so care stays focused and personal, with a consistent clinical presence and the level of attention needed for each person to be truly known and supported. We limit the number of people we serve at any given time. This is a decision which safeguards the highest level of client centered care Keeping our census low allows our clinical team to stay closely involved, to respond quickly when someone is struggling, and to build real working relationships with clients and families. People are not passed from department to department. The same clinicians, leadership, and staff remain present throughout the stay. The environment is carefully maintained so it supports the therapeutic work rather than distracting from it. Clients spend time outdoors, engage selectively with the surrounding community, and practice navigating everyday situations with appropriate support. When Willow Tree is not the right fit, we help guide people toward other options.
